Portland Police Release Sketch of Man Who Grabbed Child from Behind
Eleven-year-old girl was chased by a man who caught up with her and grabbed her buttocks before fleeing.

Portland Police would like you take a good look at the sketch above. They say that the man chased an 11-year-old girl, caught up with her, grabbed her buttocks, and then fled.
Police say that it happened around 6:30 in the evening on September 30th. The girl was walking in the area of North Houghton Street and Courtney Avenue when the man started following her. She sped up and he sped up until he caught up with her.
The suspect was described as a white male in his 20s, 5'8" tall, thin build, short black hair on one side of his head, longer on the other.

The victim met with a Forensic Sketch Artist to develop a composite sketch of the suspect, which is being released to the public to assist in this investigation as there are no investigative leads that have been developed by investigators.
There have been no similar reports to police about this activity in the neighborhood.
