Portland Police are in North Portland after having been notified that shots had been fired.it happened in the 7600 block of North Portsmouth Avenue around 3PM.No victims have been identified and there have been no arrests as police continue to search the area.The incident is believed to have been gang related and the detectives and officers from the Gang Enforcement Team and Gun Task Force are on scene.
