A man was shot in an apartment in Southeast Portland Wednesday afternoon.it happened just after 3 p.m. on the 3600 block of Southeast 28th Place.Police arrived to find a woman who had been shot.Her injuries are considered life-threatening.Police believe she was shot by an African-American man in his 20s wearing a blue tee-shit with white numbers on it, a white sleeve tee-shirt underneath. They say he is medium-build and may be carrying a black jacket.They say he is armed with a handgun,Police believe the two know each other.
