Portland Police Seize 13 Kilos of Cocaine and $150,000 Cash
Portland Police Drugs and Vice Division - aided by a police dog - also make two arrests.
The Drugs and Vice Division of the Portland Police Bureau conducted a traffic stop Wednesday and ended up arresting two people and seizing 13 kilos of cocaine and $150,000 cash.
The cocaine had a street value of approximately $1.5 million.
The officers were assisted by DVD Drug Dog "Lola" who found the first kilo of cocaine.

The traffic stop happened in the area of Southwest 170th Avenue and Merlo Road.
Officers suspected the occupants of the car were involved in cocaine trafficking.

Arrested are Rosendo Elvira-Vergara and Cayetano Alejandre-Alcaraz. They are charged with with delivery and possession of cocaine.
