Portland Police, U.S. Marshals Catch Wanted Suspect in SE Portland
More than 30 units had flooded Powellhurst-Gilbert neighborhood.

After searching for a couple of hours, Portland Police officers and deputies from the U.S. Marshals Office caught a wanted suspect in the Powellhurst-Gilbert neighborhood for a robbery suspect wanted on a parole violation.
The police had set up a perimeter from 118th Avenue to 122nd Avenue, from Colgate Boulevard to Schiller Street.
Tony Lamar Brown, 28, was booked into Multnomah County Jail on a parole violation on an original charge of robbery.

The suspect may have discarded clothing as he attempted capture by police in the area.
Police say the suspect is known to associate with street gangs.
