The Portland Police Bureau is asking for the public's help finding a sex offender who failed to register.
They say that 30-year0old Avril Ramona Lavigne a.k.a. Romany Yves Mesina, is known to frequent Hawthorne Boulevard in Southeast Portland.
He's described as Asian, 5'6", and 130 pounds.

He was convicted of rape in 2009.
Police believe he may be following young adult and teenage girls and taking pictures of them, which he then posts on social media.
