Portland Public Schools: Please Submit Your Feedback On PPS Re-Opening Plan Submission To ODE

As part of reopening Portland Public Schools in the 2021-22 school year, the district must submit a plan to the Oregon Department of Education. As part of the requirement, PPS is asking for feedback on the plan.

PPS's draft submission of a "Safe Return to In-Person Instruction and Continuity of Services Plan" can be viewed by clicking on the image to the right.
PPS filled in the form of ODE's operational plan template, which seeks "to align guidance from the federal and state level in support of local decision-making and transparency of health and safety measures in the communities that school districts serve."

PPS will submit a finalized version of the plan to ODE on Thursday, August 26. Before then, we are asking for feedback from our families and community, as required by the ODE.
