Drivers need to be at least 21 years old and have had a valid driver's license for three years, and new drivers will need to complete a training program. In response to the national shortage, First Student is offering improved pay, guaranteed hours, bonuses and medical and retirement benefits.

In the words our friends at First Student:

At First Student, our Bus Drivers are an integral part of the communities they serve. They are committed to safety, customer service and have genuine, caring attitudes for children. We are your friends, family, and neighbors!
