Portland Real Estate Deal: Historic Hawthorne Theater Sold

The former Masonic temple turned music venue at 39th and Hawthorne in Southeast Portland, has been sold.

The Hawthrone Theater, previously owned by Hawthorne Masonic LLC, is now owned Pandit Investments and Cyrus Eternal.

Hawthorne Masonic bought the theater in 2005 for $2 million.

They sold it last month for $3 million.
