- March 8: PPS Board Meeting
- March 12: Education & Engage 2016: The Parent-Teacher Conference
- March 16: Late opening (except high schools)
- March 21-25: Spring Break — no school
- March 29: PPS Board Meeting
- April 5: PPS Board Meeting
- April 7: Grading period ends
- April 8: Teacher Planning Day — no school
- April 19: PPS Board Meeting
- April 20: Late opening (except high schools)
- May 3: PPS Board Meeting
- May 10: Midterms
- May 18: Late opening (except high schools)
- May 24: PPS Board Meeting
- May 30: Memorial Day — no school
- June 9: End of School Year
