Portland Settles with Manager who Accused Fire Chief of Attack
Manager in Portland Fire and rescued had sued the city.

A former manager with Portland Fire and Rescue will receive $5,000 from the city to settle a lawsuit he filed against the city.
Brian Alcid had accused then-Chief Erin Janssens of grabbing him by the neck and shaking him during an argument.
The incident happened in December 2013 as the two discussed budget issues.
