After three weeks of being closed so that workers could remove scaffolding from a painting project, the Broadway Bridge will be back open Monday.Cars and buses will be back in operation over the bridge as will the Portland Streetcar.The south sidewalk will remain closed until the week of April 25 while crews remove and repaint sections of the handrail.Meanwhile, there will be lane closures on NE Killingsworth from North Williams Avenue to NE Martin Luther King Jr Boulevard for the next three days from 7 a.m. until 3 p.m.The closure will be so crews can grind pavement in anticipation of repaving at a later date.
