A fatal crash Tuesday morning on the 7800 block of Northeast Columbia Boulevard was the likely result if a medical event, Portland Police said.A pickup truck driven by a man in his 80s crashed into a pole.The man died.Based on witness statements and examination of the scene, officers concluded the crash was probably preceded by a medical situation.The road was closed for several hours.
