Portland Police are trying to figure out what causes a motorcycle crash that killed its driver.Happened just after 5 a.m. Tuesday on the ramp from the Morrison Bridge to I5 northbound.The motorcycle was seen on the ramp. Police then found the driver's body further up the ramp."There has been an increase in the number of fatal crashes and, in particular, crashes involving vulnerable road users," said police bureau spokesman Sgt. Greg Stewart. "We would like to remind everyone to please drive safely and be aware of their surroundings."
