Power Restored After Outage Affected Thousands
Many residents in Southeast Portland were without power Saturday morning.

Power is back on in Southeast Portland.
An outage early Saturday morning lasted for several hours and affected nearly 3,000 customers in the Mt. Tabor and Hawthrone neighborhoods.
It's not clear what caused the outage though it may have been a crash into a utility pole on Southeast 60th.

There were other outages in Portland.
All told, some 6,000 customers were without power at one point or another.

By late afternoon, all had been restored.
