Report of Drug Dealer Leads to Arrest, Recovery of Stolen Gun
Police say man they busted for dealing heroin was in possession of a stolen gun.

Bicycle patrol officers from Portland Police's Central Precinct, responded to a report of a man dealing drugs just north of the Burnside Bridge.
There, they found 45-year-old Jeffrey Lamar Seward, whom they knew from previous contacts.
Based on information they had, they arrested him for dealing heroin.

Searching his backpack and pockets, they found a syringe with what they believed to be heroin as an amount of what they thought to be heroin.
They also found a handgun that turned out to be stolen.

Seward was booked into the Multnomah County Jail on charge of Delivery of Heroin, Possession of Heroin, Felon in Possession of a Firearm, Theft in the First Degree, Attempted Possession of Methamphetamine, Possession of a Loaded Firearm, and Possession of a Controlled Substance in the Fourth Degree.
