Reward: Police, Grand Ronde Tribe Seek Return Of Ceremonial Vest

The ceremonial breast plate vest was last seen at a Pow Wow for veterans in August.

The Grand Ronde Tribe and the state's crime stoppers program are offering a reward for information leading to the return of a ceremonial vest. It was last seen at a special Pow Wow for veterans on August 20, 2016.

It was stolen sometime during the ceremony.

Police say that it is made of spent M-16 shell casings and other materials and is made to be worn around a person's neck and chest.
