Sellwood Bridge Closes Sunday - Meanwhile Watch the Goats

Another closure for the Sellwood Bridge. From 5:00 Sunday morning untl no later than 6:00 Monday morning, the bridge will be closed to vehicular traffic.

The closure is needed to allow the contractor to seal the deck on the west end of the bridge. If they can't get the job done by Monday morning, they will close the bridge again 7:00 Monday night.

Meanwhile, there is a herd of goats hard at work on the east side of the bridge. They are busy devouring blackberries in an effort to clear the riverside trail, starting at the south end near the rowing club.
