The Multnomah County Medical Examiner is expected to conduct an autopsy Wednesday in an effort to find out how a person whose body was recovered from the Willamette River died.The body was spotted around 5PM Tuesday along the east bank of the river not far from the southern shoreline of Swan Island. A person walking along the path spotted the body of an adult and called 911.The Multnomah County Sheriff's Office River Patrol recovered the body.This story will be updated when more information becomes available.
