Sleeping Child Narrowly Escapes Being Shot

Boy was sleeping on a couch when shots tore through the home. Police say no known gang ties.

A nine-year-old boy sleeping in home was almost shot when bullets tore through his home early Wednesday morning.

Portland Police say that officers responded to reports of gunfire at a home on the 5700 block of Southeast 120th Avenue.

The officers arrived and were shown evidence of gunfire
