Suspect in Custody After Threatening to Shoot Police
Standoff lasted more than one hour.
A person who was barricaded inside a home in Southeast Portland and threatened to shoot place is in custody.
The incident happened Tuesday morning on the 13900 block of Southeast Rhone Street.
The Portland Police Bureau's Special Emergency Reaction Team and Crisis Negotiation Team were both on scene.
