A teenager was rushed to the hospital after being hit by a hail of bullets as he walked by East Burnside Street and 122nd Avenue Tuesday morning. Portland POlice said the incident happened just before 10:00.  A witness told police the victim was a teenage male who had been shot multiple times. He was rushed to a hospital.  Police say the suspect or suspects may have fled the area in a dark-colored van or SUV. The police bureau's Gang Enforcement Team is investigating.The area is shut down while the investigation continues.  Image via ShutterStock
