A quick-thinking teen who did not lose her cool when she woke up to find a man in her room managed to call 911 and give them a description that led to the arrest of the man.The teen called 9-1-1 around 2:30 Tuesday morning after waking up to find a strange man in her room.Police arrived at the home on the 7800 block of Southeast Franklin Street.The 16-year-old was able to give police what they called an 'excellent" description of the suspect.They found the man nearby and recovered items they said he had stolen from the house.Forty-seven-year-old Themba Hassan Kelley is charged with burglary and failure to register as a sex offender.He is also being held on a parole violation.
