An early morning car crash knocked out power to thousands of customers in Northeast Portland on Friday. The customers all get their electricity from Pacific Power.  The crash - a one car crash - happened at 65th and Halsey.  Pacific Power said that originally knocked out power to 2,356 customers.  By 12:20 in the afternoon, all but 251 customers had their power restored.  Image via ShutterStock

The crash - a one car crash - happened at 65th and Halsey.  Pacific Power said that originally knocked out power to 2,356 customers.

Crash happened around 3:00 Friday morning. Around 2,300 customes lost power.
