Touchstone Preschools Students Donate 150+ Pairs of Pajamas
Students collected pairs of pajamas to benefit Northwest Children's Outreach
Students at Touchstone Preschools in Beaverton, Hillsboro and Tigard recently donated more than 150 pairs of pajamas to benefit children in need. Students at each school hosted pajama drives to collect the donations, which will benefit Northwest Children’s Outreach. In celebration of their efforts, the schools also held pajama parties, during which students and teachers wore their pajamas to school. Through this initiative, students learned the importance of giving back to the community, especially during the holiday season.
Northwest Children's Outreach is a nonprofit organization dedicated to helping families in the Portland area and surrounding communities. The organization helps fulfill the needs of these families, providing clothing, infant care products, diapers, formula and many of the other necessities parents need for their children.
