West Linn Police Seize Cash, Drugs, Weapon After Serving Search Warrant

PORTLAND, OR — West Linn Police served a search warrant Monday at 18610 Midhill Circle following an early morning traffic stop and DUII arrest. At 3:17 am January 2nd, Officer Garrett Hoffman arrested 29-year-old Jacob Michael Martus for DUII after he was seen leaving the Midhill Circle address, an address well known to West Linn Police, according to a police report.

The house had been a focus of police efforts following many neighborhood complaints and police contacts with residents of the home and a number of individuals frequenting the residence. 60-year-old Margie Joe Burke, her two sons, 38-year-old Justin Alan Burke and 36-year-old Jason Adam Burke, along with Jason's 33-year-old wife Amy Louise Burke, were arrested on various charges and booked into the Clackamas County Jail.

Jacob Martus was charged with DUII (drugs), and possession of cocaine and methamphetamine. Margie Burke was charged with possession of heroin and methamphetamine, Justin Burke was charged with Possession of Methamphetamine, Jason Burke was charged with possession of Methamphetamine and Heroin, possession of schedule 2 Xanax, and probation violation for Robbery, Amy was charged with possession of Methamphetamine and Heroin, possession of schedule 2 Xanax, and probation violation for Heroin possession. All were charged with frequenting a place where drugs are sold. Police seized a total of $5800 in cash, methamphetamine, heroin, cocaine, marijuana, and Xanax in addition to a 12-gauge shotgun. The family's pit bull dog was left at the home.
