Police have arrested a woman and charged her with stabbing her partner to death. Antoinette Quaniece Garrett is charged with murder and unlawful use of a weapon.Garrett allegedly stabbed Jerry Wayne Robinson on Tuesday night, killing him.Police say the two were in a domestic relationship.Officers were called to a home on the 5500 block of Northeast 60th Avenue.
