You Scream, I Scream, We All Scream For Free Ice Cream

PORTLAND, OR – Chilly Cow, a new brand of light ice cream, will hand out free half-pint samples of its ultra-creamy ice cream this week at several locations in Portland.

Available flavors will include: Brown Butter Salted Caramel; Chocolate Brownie Batter; Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough; and Vanilla Graham Swirl.
