• No-Interest Loans Available for Septic System Fix (mountaintimesoregon.com) — Sandy homeowners with failing septic systems can now apply for no-interest loans through the Clackamas Soil and Water Conservation District, which has $2 million available for repairs and replacements. The program covers permitted septic repairs, including county permits and contractor costs, but only for existing residential systems in Clackamas County. Residents must use approved contractors and agree to a property lien until the loan is repaid.
