To Vote in Oregon Primary You Have to Register by End of Tuesday

With the Primary less than one month away, the deadline to register is rushing up.

You only have a few days left to register for Oregon's Primary.

The deadline is 11:59 p.m. on Tuesday, April 26.

The Primary is May 17.

You can go to your county election office or register online at the Secretary of State's website.

Oregon has a closed primary system, which means you can only vote in the primary of the party for which you are registered.

The Secretary of State's Office reports that nearly 14,000 previously unaffiliated voters have switched their registration to Democrat this year.
