Former Sheriff's Deputy Charged in Wilsonville Home Invasion

A 2011 home invasion in Wilsonville now has a suspect.
And he's former deputy sheriff in Clackamas County.
An indictment against Floyd Marsh was unsealed Tuesday, accusing him of using a stun gun to rob a couple of more than $50,000 worth of property.

Marsh, who retired from the sheriff's office nine years ago, had been in jail in Illinois after deputies there seized guns, pot, and cash from his pickup during a traffic stop.
That led to an investigation by the Clackamas County Sheriff's Office, which found meth, heroin, and cocaine in a storage locker rented under Marsh's name.

In early May, the Illinois charges against Marsh were dropped after a judge ruled the evidence against him had been seized illegally.
While Marsh now has the charges in Clackamas to worry about, he is pursuing a lawsuit against Kane County, Illinois.
