Grand Opening Set for Montague Park in Wilsonville

A grand opening celebration is set for Montague Park, Wilsonville's newest park in the Villebois neighborhood.

The event - sponsored by the city in collaboration with Costa Pacific Communities - will feature a dedication and flag-raising ceremony as well as live music and refreshments.

Montague is a nearly three-acre park that includes a water feature, amphitheater, picnic shelter, putting green, natural play areas, pickleball court, circuit training and children’s play structure. The park was developed and paid for by RCS Villebois LLC, the owner of the land, with support from the City’s Urban Renewal Agency. Owned and maintained by the Villebois Village Center Master Association.

The event will be held on August 30th, starting at 6:10 in the evening, starting with the flag-raising ceremony. led by the kids of local Boy Scout Troop 194.
