I-5 South of Wilsonville Receives Repairs, Expect Delays Monday Night

Commuters on Interstate 5 south of Wilsonville should expect delays Mar. 20 from 9 p.m. to 5 a.m.

WILSONVILLE, OR – Construction on Interstate-5 south of Wilsonville will continue Monday night.

Travelers should expect delays Monday, Mar. 20, from 9 p.m. to 5 a.m. while Oregon Department of Transportation crews continue to repair sections of roadway damaged by harsh winter conditions south of Boone Bridge, between mileposts 281 and 276.

Sections of roadway in the same area were also closed Sunday night.

A paving project scheduled for summer will see repairs along the roadway in both directions, but the Interstate’s current condition demanded some emergency repairs, officials said.
