Wilsonville Man Dies Weeks After Assault
District Attorney considers upgrading charges against man who had been arrested for assault.
Weeks after being assaulted outside a bar in Wilsonville, a man has died as a result of his injuries.
The Clackamas County Sheriff's office says that 46-year-old Randy Pigeon of Wilsonville was outside Wanker's Corner Saloon and Cafe on SW Main on June 25th when he was assaulted by 29-year-old Jorge Keymolen of Woodburn.
Pigeon was transported to a local hospital with severe injuries and Keymolen was arrested.

A grand jury has indicted him on assault charges.
On Tuesday, Pigeon died form his injuries.
