Wilsonville Man Indicted on Federal Wire and Fraud Charges

A Wilsonville man and his father were indicted in Portland Federal Court on wire and bankruptcy fraud charges.

Forty-year-old Jeffrey Stover if Wilsonville and his 62-year-old father, Ronald of Tualatin, made their first appearance in court this week.

Prosecutors charge that over five years the two used money for themselves that had been intended for capital projects.

Stover's father also faces securities charges in Texas.

The judge allowed both to be released with conditions.
