2-Hour Delay For Abington Schools Wednesday
The Abington School District said all of its schools will open two hours late Wednesday due to impacts from heavy rain and strong winds.
ABINGTON TOWNSHIP, PA — The Abington School District will open its schools on a two-hour delay Wednesday.
According to the district, students are to report to their bus stops or schools two hours later than their usually scheduled time.
Before-school care provided by the YMCA will also have a delayed schedule.

The district said the two-hour delay is to allow time for roads to be safely cleared and for power to be restored to buildings.
