77-Year-Old Man Missing In Cheltenham
Cheltenham Police are seeking the public's help in finding William Mercer, who went missing on Wednesday.

CHELTENHAM TOWNSHIP, PA — The Cheltenham Township Police Department is asking for the public's help in finding a missing 77-year-old man.
Cheltenham Police are actively searching for William Mercer.
Mercer is 77 years old, stands 5’6”, weighs about 185 lbs., has black and grey hair, and brown eyes.

Police said Mercer left his home in the township's Wyncote section on foot at 3 p.m. on Wednesday.
He was wearing a black baseball cap with a Marine Corps logo on the front, gray hooded sweatshirt, blue jeans, and tan slippers.

Police said Mercer is familiar with SEPTA, and may be in the area of Washington Lane and Stenton Avenue, or 61st Street and Market Street in Philadelphia, two locations where he used to live.
Anyone with additional information is encouraged to call 911.
