Summary arrests

Disorderly conduct … Anthony Brinkworth, 21, of Lynne Avenue, Hatboro, was arrested Sept. 15 at 10:27 p.m. after a police officer saw Brinkworth parked on Egerton Avenue with a small amount of marijuana.

Retail theft … Catherine Williamson, 49, of Andrews Avenue, Philadelphia, was arrested Oct. 31 at 5:39 p.m. after Sears security saw Williamson conceal $84 worth of merchandise and attempt to leave without paying, police said.

Retail theft … Joanne Kogelman, 66, of Milford Street, Philadelphia, was arrested Nov. 3 at 5:51 p.m. at Genuardi’s in Huntingdon Valley after store security saw her attempting to leave without paying for $89 worth of merchandise, police said. According to police, Milford covered the items under papers in her shopping cart and concealed some of them on her person.

Retail theft … William Lee, 18, of Meadowbrook Drive, Huntingdon Valley, was arrested Nov. 5 at 2 p.m. after a Macy’s loss prevention officer saw Lee via security camera select a $78 jacket from the rack, put the jacket on, then put his jacket over it, and attempt to leave the store.

Public drunkenness … Keith Cochran, 27, of Doloro Drive, Yardley, was arrested Nov. 6 at 12:06 a.m. after he was seen sleeping on a bench in the corner of Easton Road and Keswick Avenue, police said. According to police, Cochran smelled of alcohol, was unable to stand without assistance and became uncooperative with police officers. Witnesses said Cochran had been on the bench for over an hour.

Public drunkenness … Jepeth Black, 44, of Lamott Avenue, Willow Grove, was arrested Nov. 6 at 2:53 a.m. after police were called to the 1600 block of Reservoir Avenue for an assault of a driver, police said. Black was found in the passenger seat, highly intoxicated. The operator of the vehicle could not be found.

Public drunkenness … Terrell McDonald, 21, of Linden Avenue, North Hills, was arrested Nov. 7 after Willow Grove Park mall security said McDonald caused a disturbance, police said. McDonald was found staggering in the parking garage.

Disorderly conduct … Gregory Mims, 26, of Farmview Road, Maple Glen, was arrested Nov. 9 at 11:28 p.m. following a traffic stop near the corner of Keswick and Weldon avenues after police recovered a small amount of marijuana from his car, police said.

Public drunkenness … Preston Sessoms, 74, of Michener Avenue, Philadelphia, was arrested Nov. 10 at 7:54 p.m. after police saw Sessoms stumbling along near the corner of Old York Road and Wheatsheaf Lane.
