Abington Township Fire Department Hosts 2017 National Fire Prevention Week Open Houses

Each of Abington Township Fire Department’s five fire companies will soon open its doors to the community for the annual National Fire Prevention Week Open House. This year’s theme is an important one: “Every Second Counts: Plan Two Ways Out.” All who attend an open house can learn how to make an emergency plan and other important safety skills, watch firefighting demonstrations, tour a fire truck, meet our volunteers, and enjoy light refreshments.

Each open house runs from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Here are the dates and addresses by station:
