Philadelphia Magazine reported that Rossi, 49, was tailgating in the popular Lot K at the Linc before the Chesney concert on June 26.

At about 5 p.m., stadium staff reportedly asked Rossi to leave the lot several times, which he did not do.

Police came and asked Rossi to leave, but he still did not, the report states.
He was arrested, cited for criminal trespass, and faces up to $300 in fines and 90 days in jail.
Rossi works as a DJ for the country music station WXTU.
