School Transport Van Overturns In Cheltenham Twp.

CHELTENHAM TOWNSHIP, PA — A school transport van overturned after striking a parked car on Chelten Hills Drive on Friday afternoon, police said.

Lt. Andrew Snyder said that Cheltenham Police, Fire, and EMS responded to the 600 block of Chelten Hills Drive at 2:30 p.m. on Friday for a report of a vehicle crash.

A preliminary investigation determined that a school transport van had struck a parked car and overturned.

There were no children in the van at the time of the crash, and there were only minor injuries, police said.

This incident remains under investigation by the Cheltenham Township Police Department.
