EASTERN MONTGOMERY COUNTY, PA — After two days of a pounding combination from heavy rain and high winds, the Nor'easter is finally moving out of the Philadelphia region.
Eastern Montgomery County communities are recovering from the drenching that caused flash flooding in some parts of the area.

- Jenkintown — 1.45 inches
