HUNTINGDON VALLEY, PA — A fire that damaged a home on Sunday afternoon is under investigation, fire officials said.
The Huntingdon Valley Fire Company and mutual aid companies responded at 3:49 p.m. on Sunday to a working house fire on Corn Crib Drive.
Fire crews arrived to find fire showing to the one side of the home and heavy smoke throughout the house.
Fire officials said the homeowner was not injured.
The Lower Moreland Fire Marshal is investigating the cause of the fire.
The Second Alarmer's Association and Rescue Squad of Montgomery County were called to the scene in place of Bryn Athyn 319 when a firefighter was possibly injured, fire officials said.
The mutual aid companies that assisted were the Feasterville Fire Company, Enterprise Fire Company of Hatboro, Upper Moreland Township Fire Department, Warminster Fire Department, Southampton Fire Company No. 1, and Abington Fire Company for the cover.
