Arcadia University Ebola Supply Drive
Arcadia University's Community Service Office is collecting supplies for the Ebola outbreak in West Africa!

In response to the current Ebola outbreak in West Africa, which has now resulted in over 8,000 cases of the disease, Arcadia University is holding a Community Ebola Supply Collection. Donations can be dropped off from noon to 4 p.m. at the Grey Towers Castle patio on Saturday, Oct. 11; Saturday, Oct. 18; and Sunday, Oct. 26. To drop off donations, enter Arcadia by the S. Easton Road entrance and look for a donation truck with a green cross.
The final collection day will also include a Sierra Leone Cultural Event open to the community.

The drive, which will provide much-needed relief to rural regions of West Africa, is a collaboration between Arcadia’s Community Service Office and Fodeba Daboh, a graduate of Arcadia’s International Peace and Conflict Resolution Program and a native of Sierra Leone. Following the drives, Daboh and his non-profit HEAL Sierra Leone will work with the World Health Organization to oversee distribution of the donated items.
