Arcadia University Ranked No. 1 In PA For Studying Abroad

GLENSIDE, PA —They are No. 1 in the state and No. 11 in the country.

Arcadia University's highly-touted Study Abroad program is earning more recognition for sending students overseas.

Officials said they were proud to announce that Arcadia University is ranked as the top school in Pennsylvania for study abroad in the U.S. News & World Report 2025 Best Colleges rankings.

The rankings also listed the school's program as No. 11 in the country.

School officials also said that Arcadia University was ranked high in the Best Regional Universities North category, and was named a Top Performer on Social Mobility for the sixth straight year.

Arcadia is ranked 74th overall, out of 171, in the Best Regional Universities North category, and 11th out of the 38 ranked universities in Pennsylvania.

This is also the sixth year in a row that Arcadia is named a Top Performer on Social Mobility, coming in at No. 50 out of 165. This ranking assesses how well schools graduated economically disadvantaged students and is computed using graduation rates of students awarded Pell Grants.

Arcadia’s graduate programs in Physical Therapy, Physician Assistant, Public Health, and Education were all ranked in the latest U.S. News & World Report Best Graduate Schools rankings, published in April 2024.

Earlier this year, Arcadia was named one of The Princeton Review’s best regional colleges for the 10th year in a row.
