Briar Bush Nature Center

Briar Bush Nature Center is a nature preserve located in the heart of Abington Township. Our doors and grounds are open to all residents and guests.

The Dede Long Nature Museum includes a variety of animal ambassadors and nature exhibits and includes a play area dedicated to our youngest visitors. The 12 acres of woodland trails are lined with thick logs and mulched for easy walking. Visitors will find many areas to explore including the Griscom Bird Observatory, nature playscape, and pond area.
