This is the second day of a three-day charity event . On Friday night from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m., we will have our HUGE rummage sale. There will be a tremendous amount of high quality Goods at really ridiculously low prices. We will have clothing, household goods, sporting goods, tools, toys and games, books, linens and small pieces of furniture. Something for everybody in the family! And there's so much that we won't be able to sell it all that night so the sale will continue on Saturday during the day with the half price and bag sale. It has its own listing on the events calendar. But no matter when you come you'll be doing good things for yourself and your budget but also good things for the community because our profits are shared with local not for profits. Truly a win-win!

The Pennypack Ecological Restoration Trust’s 8th
Annual Earth Day Trail Race is on 
Saturday, April 18th at 9 AM. The whole family can celebrate Earth Day Weekend on a scenic, mixed terrain course, choosing to run 10K, or walk or run 5K or 1 mile. Once again,&nbsp;the 1-mile course will be converted into a Tale Trail, housing a Story Stroll to help the kids get across the finish line.&nbsp;All proceeds from the race will benefit the Pennypack Trust’s mission to protect open space and habitat.

The third and final day of our 3-day charity fundraiser is for the real bargain hunters! We get so much stuff for our rummage sale that we can't possibly sell it all on Friday night . So on Saturday, from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., it's time to do some serious shopping . Everything you can fit in a bag is only $5 ( don't worry, we supply the standard size grocery bags). And if it's too big for a bag, it's half price. You can't beat that deal! Oh except for maybe with the fact that all the money that you spend here we're going to share with local nonprofits. So that makes it about the sweetest deal in town! Come on down and bring your friends

Children’s Scholarship Fund Philadelphia (CSFP) changes lives by providing scholarship funding for Philadelphia families to choose a tuition-based school that meets their student’s educational needs. CSFP is the largest and most diverse provider of K-8th scholarship support in Pennsylvania, focusing on the highest-need students in the lowest-achieving schools in the city. During the 2025-26 school year, CSFP awarded more than 6,800 scholarships for K-8th grade students enrolled at nearly 150 area tuition-based schools.
