Every week, we invite your teens to embark on an adventure of growth, creativity, and connection in a secure and welcoming environment. While they explore their feelings and build essential communication skills through engaging discussions, mindfulness practices, and fun arts and crafts, you can treat yourself to a rejuvenating yoga class at the same time!

Led by passionate clinical counseling students specializing in child development, each session delivers a unique opportunity for personal exploration and forging genuine connections with their authentic selves.
