We’ll move, stretch, and breathe together in a supportive, relaxed environment—no experience needed. Held outdoors, weather permitting, this special class is a beautiful way to slow down and celebrate connection in all its forms. Best suited for kids ages 5+
A portion of the proceeds will go to the FLOW Yoga Scholarship Fund, which supports individuals who would not otherwise have access to regular yoga classes to participate for free. Many of these funds are specifically designated for people who are utilizing yoga as a form of healing from trauma, addiction and mental health struggles.
