Children Invited to "Shipwrecked: Rescued by Jesus" Summer Event

Sisters of the Redeemer Hosting Week-Long Session, Which Includes Games, Treats, Bible Adventures and Music

A summer kids’ event called Shipwrecked: Rescued by Jesus will be hosted at the Province Center of the Sisters of the Redeemer from August 20-24, 2018. At Shipwrecked, kids will be grounded in the rock-solid foundation of God’s love. On this courageous, captivating quest, kids will participate in memorable Bible-learning activities, sing catchy songs, play teamwork-building games, dig into yummy treats, experience cool Bible adventures, and meet Bible Memory Buddies to remind them they are one of a kind. Plus, kids will learn to look for evidence of God all around them through something called God Sightings. Each day concludes with The Shipwrecked Closing — a celebration that gets everyone involved in living what they’ve learned. Family members and friends are encouraged to join in daily at 11:40 am for this special time of celebration.

Shipwrecked: Rescued by Jesus VBS is for kids from ages 3 to 11, and will run from 8:30am to noon each day. The cost is $40 per child. Registration will be limited to the first 60 children!
